About Us

Shree Kateel Durga Parmeshwari Charitable Trust laid its foundation in the year 2012. All these years, we have been taking the responsibility of feeding the needy. We are based in Mumbai, and we make it a point to see that nobody falls asleep hungry.

Over the years, we had people joining hands and working towards the same goal. We have, and we still hold programs, sessions, and camps some of which are mentioned below. All these years the ultimate goal has always been in the direction of uplifting society. We provide medical help, educational support, and other assistance to the poor, downtrodden, and disabled.

Our Founder

Shree Kateel Durga Parmeshwari Charitable Trust came into being in 2012, by the efforts of SUBHASH NEMI PUTHRAN, the founder of this trust. He comes from a middle-class family and is born and brought up at Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra. However, the idea of this trust comes out of the fact that while working in his own canteen, he saw many people were needy, yet helpless. The fact that someone goes to sleep needy, helpless, and hungry disturbed him greatly. So, he started investing his time working in an NGO and feeding the needy.

He started distributing food items to the poor, and this is how he got his way of life! He always wanted to do something huge, but due to financial issues, somewhere he was dealing with unavoidable restrictions. He tried to overcome these finance issues by getting into politics, starting his car rental business, and then by property consultancy. After so many struggles he finally made it into 2012.
